Why isn't my nursery live yet?
New nurseries stay private until the profile is complete and our team has checked it.
What has to happen
- 1Fill in every required field (marked *) in Edit nursery, including at least one photo.
- 2Save your profile.
- 3Our team checks it and publishes it. Your dashboard shows "Not live yet" until then.
Taking a while?
If everything's filled in and your nursery still isn't live after a few working days, contact us.
