Editing your nursery profile

Open the editor

From your dashboard, choose Edit nursery. If you have several nurseries, pick the one you want from the Nursery dropdown at the top.

The steps

• Verify and Connect: nursery name, manager, town and postcode, full address, phone, contact email, website, Ofsted report link and all six Ofsted ratings.
• Pricing: max capacity, from price, registration fee, deposit and funded childcare. Nursery size is worked out from capacity.
• Availability: age range, current availability, opening and closing times, term and extended hours.
• Operations: teaching style, meals, nappies and wipes, and facilities.
• Media: photos and video.
• Last page: review and save.

Required fields

Every field marked * must be filled in. If something's missing, it turns red and you can't continue until it's done. You need at least one photo or video.

Photos and video

• JPG, PNG or WEBP photos and MP4 video.
• Keep each upload under 10MB in total.
• Drag photos to reorder them. The first photo is your cover image.
