Logging in and resetting your password

Log in

1. 1Go to the login page.
2. 2Choose Nursery or Childminder — the two are separate accounts.
3. 3Enter your email or username and your password.

Forgotten your password?

1. 1On the login page, choose Forgot password.
2. 2Enter your account email. We'll send a reset link — check your spam folder too.
3. 3Open the link and choose a new password. Use the link soon; it expires.

Common problems

• "Please verify your email": click the link in the verification email from sign-up first. If it expired, sign up again.
• "Password or email is wrong": check for typos, or reset your password.
• Too many attempts: wait a few minutes and try again.
• Still stuck after a reset? Contact us.
