Contacting a nursery and sending enquiries

Send an enquiry

1. 1Open the nursery's page.
2. 2Click Check Availability (or Enquire).
3. 3Fill in the form: your child's age, preferred start date, days per week, the days you'd like, funding type (for example 15 or 30 funded hours) and your postcode and contact details.
4. 4Send it. The enquiry goes straight to that nursery, which contacts you directly by email or phone.

Enquire with several nurseries at once

On the search results you can shortlist up to 5 nurseries, compare them side by side, and send one enquiry to all of them.

Your enquiry goes only to the nursery you chose

Not heard back?

Nurseries usually reply within a few days. If you haven't heard anything, tell us which nursery and we'll chase it up.
