Orchidale Children’s Nursery is set in a converted bungalow with extensive gardens in Taverham. Children from birth to five enjoy homely rooms, forest school areas, a yurt, shepherd’s huts and a vegetable patch where they help grow produce. The curriculum is child‑led and enriched with yoga, baking, daily gardening and visits from community services. Meals are prepared on site using local produce and children learn about healthy eating and caring for the planet. The nursery operates 51 weeks a year and was graded Outstanding by Ofsted in 2022.
