Set in a refurbished barn surrounded by farmland, Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Astwick offers a unique farm‑based experience for babies through to preschoolers. Your child will explore purpose‑built rooms designed for each age group and enjoy free‑flow access to gardens with sand pits and a mud kitchen, as well as a dedicated forest‑school field where they climb trees and build ‘stick people’. Qualified staff deliver a curriculum based on children’s interests and in‑the‑moment planning, using tools and natural resources to develop independence, language and problem‑solving skills. Home‑cooked meals and snacks are provided, along with French and Italian words woven into learning. Open 7.30 am to 6.30 pm, the nursery offers full and half‑day sessions and accepts government funding.
